The town is a great base for visiting nearby attractions. The most interesting are the cities of Stavelot, Spa and Malmedy. In nearby La Gleize you can visit the Museum December 44, which tells the story of the battles for the Ardennes. The biggest attraction of the museum is the most powerful tank of the Second World War, the Panther. The Spa-Fancorchamps racetrack will delight fans of both F1 and 24-hour races. Coo has been operating a hydropower plant on the Amblève River since 1973. Most of the power plant's structures are hidden underground, preserving the beauty of the place. There is an 18th-century church of St. Andrew. The amusement park, open in high season, is visited by about 300 thousand tourists. A chairlift operating there takes visitors up the hill, from which there is a wonderful view of the Amblève Valley. There is a small campsite de la Cascade in the town with 30 places, all connected to electricity.
