mieści się w prywatnym domu Victora Horty (1861-1947), który ten wspaniały architekt budował w latach 1898-1901. Dom składa się z dwóch połączonych dwupiętrowych kamienic. Z zewnątrz wygląda dość skromnie, z wąskimi balkonami, fasadą o miękkich liniach.

Wnętrze domu jest pełne światła. Ozdobne kute kraty, witraże, rzeźby, stylowe meble i boazeria wykonana z kilku rodzajów drewna dopełniają całości. Każdy detal był osobiście projektowany przez Hortę. Budynek jest wpisany na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa Kulturalnego i Przyrodniczego UNESCO wraz z trzema innymi brukselskimi domami zaprojektowanymi przez Hortę: Hotel Tassel (Rue Paul Emile Janson 6, z 1898 r.), Hotel Solvay (Avenue Louise 224, z 1894 r.) i Hotel van Eetvelde (Avenue Palmerston 4, z 1898 r.). W okresie art. nouveau, w latach 1893-1905, Horta zaprojektował ponad 40 budynków.

Van Buuren Museum
This is a private museum located in a tenement house built in the Art Deco style in 1928. It presents a rich collection of paintings and sculptures from the 15th to the 20th century (including works by artists such as: H. Seghers, F. Guardi, Fantin Latour, James Ensor, Vincent van Gogh). At the back of the property, a large park (1,3 ha) is open to visitors, partly designed by Jules Buyssens.

Cantillion brewery
It is a family brewery brewing beer for over 100 years. At the Musee Bruxellois de la Gueuze, you can see the various stages of the process, from wort preparation to fermentation in barrels. The brewery, as one of the few in Brussels, offers real lambic beer and its other varieties, and also sells its bottled products on site. Beers, tools and the brewing process are still the same as at the beginning of the brewery.

Beer Museum
A small museum, of which there are many in cities in the country with a brewing tradition. Visitors can see brewing and fermentation boilers and materials found in an 18th-century brewery. In a cozy café, decorated with old mugs, antique porcelain and accessories from a former inn, you can try different types of beer.

Cocoa and Chocolate Museum
In the museum, visitors will learn how first the Mayans and then the Aztecs cultivated cocoa trees, how cocoa beans conquered Europe and how cocoa is transformed into chocolate. In various exhibition rooms, visitors can watch demonstrations of chocolate making and taste different flavors. Visitors can wander through the museum on their own or with a guide.

Museum of costumes and lace
The museum, founded in 1977, emphasizes the textile heritage of Brussels, presents collections of clothing and fashion from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. From 2004 years, contemporary textile creations are also presented. The museum also has an exhibition of lace making, from its beginning in the 16th century to the fall after World War I.

Toy Museum
The museum was founded in 1990. Since then, it has been constantly enriching its collections thanks to public donations and purchases. Annually, more than 20 thousand visitors admire toys presented on three levels of the museum.

Museum of Natural Sciences
The museum has the largest collection of dinosaurs in Europe. In the humanity gallery we will learn about the human body and its development. We will go back in time in the evolution gallery and in the mineral hall we can admire wonderful crystals. In addition to the permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibitions are also presented. The museum is part of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences.
