In the town of Brugelette in Belgium In the province of Hainaut, on 135 acres of land that once belonged to a Cistercian monastery, a magnificent zoo and botanical garden was created. The most wonderful thing is, of course, its inhabitants, and there are over 4,000 of them. These include African and Indian elephants, rhinos, hippos, giraffes, the extremely rare giant pandas, and Bengal tigers. In addition to thousands of unique animals, you can also admire unusual vegetation and architecture from faraway Asia. The beautiful Chinese pagodas and gardens full of exotic plants are particularly enchanting.
