Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and of Military History
The museum is located on the opposite side of Autoworld, in the north wing of the Cinquantenaire Palace. Very rich collections include military equipment from the early Middle Ages to the modern period. Particularly rich collections relate to the period of Belgian independence struggles, the Brabant revolution, the Napoleonic campaign, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and World War I and II. Interesting are also thematic expositions presenting, among others, artillery and chemical weapons. The elevator will take you to the roof of the palace, which offers a magnificent panorama of Brussels and the surrounding area.
